Convention Logo 2026 (4)   CopyThe Episcopal Diocese of Northwest Texas invites ministries, organizations, artists, craftspeople, and vendors to join us for the 68th Annual Diocesan Convention, October 23–24, 2026, at the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center in Lubbock.

Convention brings together clergy, lay delegates, parish leaders, and guests from across Northwest Texas, offering vendors an opportunity to share their work, introduce resources, and connect with communities throughout the diocese.

 

Who Should Apply?

We especially welcome:

  • Parish ministries wishing to share their work or programs

  • Parish ministries selling items as a fundraiser

  • Diocesan ministries and programs

  • Episcopal Church ministries, organizations, and networks

  • Seminaries and theological schools

  • Local artists and craftspeople

  • Vendors specializing in clergy vestments, church supplies, books, gifts, or other resources relevant to Episcopal communities.


Vendor Space

There is no fee to participate as a vendor.

 

Each vendor space includes:

  • One draped 6-foot table

  • Two chairs

  • Wi-Fi access

  • Optional access to electricity

  • Additional tables may be available depending on space.

  • Vendors are also welcome to bring appropriate table coverings, signage, small display racks, or other materials for their space. Because space is limited, please indicate any special setup needs when registering.

Materials may not be attached to the walls of the facility.

 

Schedule and Location

Vendors will be located at the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center on the campus of Texas Tech University in Lubbock during the convention business sessions.

The main convention schedule includes business sessions Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, along with Friday’s social hour and convention dinner.

Vendors may begin breaking down their displays at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, as convention concludes.

Additional information about arrival, unloading, parking, and setup will be provided to registered vendors before convention.

 

Meals

Meals are not automatically included with vendor participation. Vendors who would like to attend convention meals may register as guests for the applicable fee. Please indicate your interest in meals on the vendor application, and additional registration information will be provided.

 

Vendor Registration Deadline

Vendor applications are due October 9, 2026. We encourage interested organizations and businesses to apply early so that we can plan the vendor area and accommodate electrical or additional space requests whenever possible.

The vendor area is an important part of Diocesan Convention, giving attendees an opportunity to discover ministries, organizations, creative work, and resources that support the life of the Church.
