In accordance with The Episcopal Church and Diocesan Canons, a report of every Parish and other Congregation of this Church shall be prepared annually for the year ending December 31, and shall be filed not later than March 1 with the Bishop of the Diocese. The filing of this report shall be the joint duty of the Rector or Member of the Clergy in charge and the lay leadership. The report shall be approved by the Vestry or Bishop’s Committee prior to being filed.

Churches are no longer being provided with a Unique Episcopal Identifier (UEID) and PIN as login credentials. Beginning in 2019, each church filing online was required to create a new user log-in (email address) and a new password which is case sensitive. If you have forgotten your user log-in, contact the Bishop's office and we will provide it to you. If you are not able to file online, contact the Bishop's office for assistance.

In addition to filing the report by March 1st, all financial statements used to calculate page 3 of the report must be submitted to the Bishop’s office by email (mailto: dnwtcomm@nwtdiocese.org) or by mailing hard copies to 1802 Broadway, Lubbock, Texas 79401.
